1. General Terms & Conditions

2. Account Registration and Management

Providing false or fraudulent information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent closure of your account.

2.1 Single Account Only

Only one Bitjil account may be opened per person, household, address, email, phone number, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bets will be voided, and winnings forfeited. Only the original account will remain active.

7.1 VPN and Proxy Use

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Service Availability and Warranty

Bitjil strives to provide 24/7 uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable or disrupted due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, server issues, or other reasons. We bear no liability for such interruptions.

9.1 No Warranty

The Bitjil platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use Bitjil at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitjil and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited with Bitjil in the past 6 months.

9.3 Force Majeure

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from the use of Bitjil shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of our licensing country. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country. However, Bitjil reserves the right to take legal action in the courts of any jurisdiction where a breach has occurred.
